About Us

  Jaibez Regalado-Pro nouns/She; Her; Hers is a Latina woman in long term recovery & self-discovery from substance use, mental health, trauma, & domestic violence challenges. She is the Founder & CEO of Regalado Recovery & Self 

Discovery, INC® & Regalado Recovery Plug, LLC™, and Creator/Host of Podcast My Eyes My Truth™. Jaibez wears multiple hats in the community and is one of our boots on the ground advocates & change agents in the community that is not afraid to shake the tree and use her voice in tackling the gaps in our systems. Jai is a voice for the voiceless and passionate about that one who has been left behind or overlooked. 

Jai is passionately involved in substance use, mental health, domestic violence advocacy, youth, prison ministry, re-entry, community coalitions, boards, advisory boards, LGBTQIA, & former Chair for Dallas Recovery Oriented System of Care-ROSC (2018-2019) community advocacy movement while being a leaderSHIFTER. Her goal is always to be what and who she needed when she was younger and/or in those positions. Never forgetting where she has come from. She remembers that there is a generation rising who is standing on her shoulders, so integrity and self-growth is a must to lead our rising flock. Jai is a resource broker, and lifelong learner. She remains coachable, supplicated and humble. 

Jai is passionate about holistic recovery & advocacy out in the community and knows that self-care is important to her continued work. She enjoys spending time with her niece’s & nephews, traveling, and taking time out to smell the roses. People that know Jaibez would say that she is an alpha queen, relentless, tenacious, honest, and a God-fearing woman who is walking in her calling, purpose, and never forgetting her WHY.
